Alborz Bulk Pharmaceutical Company was originally established on January 7, 2002 (1380/10/17) in Tehran and registered with the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office under No. 182565. Following a resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly on January 3, 2005 (1383/10/14), the company’s name was changed to Alborz Bulk Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Production Company (Private Joint Stock). After listing its shares on the Iran Fara Bourse (IFB), the company amended its Articles of Association in accordance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization, and its legal status was changed from a Private Joint Stock Company to a Public Joint Stock Company on September 24, 2014 (1393/07/02). Alborz Bulk operates five production lines categorized by therapeutic groups, and its manufacturing plant is located in Kaveh Industrial City, Saveh, Iran.
